Shipping policy

We ship to the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO, and international are not available yet. If you need one of those, email nick@highrocktradingco.com and we will see what we can do.

Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout from the package and destination. You pay the rate shown. Partner items (supplier fulfilled) may ship in a separate package on a different clock, with their own rate at checkout.

Local pickup: Columbia City / Fort Wayne by appointment, not a walk-in. Choose Pickup at checkout when every item is in stock here. Pickup is free. Partner items cannot be picked up here.

Timing: most orders go out in 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday may ship the following Tuesday.
