If something is not right, email nick@highrocktradingco.com. We will work it out.

Online orders: you have 14 days from delivery to send unused items back in the condition you received them. Include your order number. We will send return instructions before you ship anything.

If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If we got the order wrong, or the carrier damaged it, we cover the return. Photos help. Refunds go back to the original payment after we look the item over, usually 5 to 10 business days after it gets here.

We cannot take back opened powder or supplements, earrings or hair clips that have been worn, custom or personalized pieces, or anything marked final sale. Handmade and one-of-one pieces can come back if they arrived damaged or are not what we described. A little color or grain variation is part of the piece. Apparel, including Sav Tac, needs tags on and unworn.

In-person purchases: final the day you buy them, unless something is defective. Tell us the same day, or email within 48 hours with your receipt.
